Maybe so, but ALL the cards right now are in AG's hands for 2:00 meeting. The market has DISCOUNTED everything else potentially cataclysmic. Foreign markets have been black for 2 days, Clinton's a non-issue because the unknowns in the situation for the ST (1 week or so) are zero.

Russia's quiet for now. Latin America's quiet to.

So why can't the bulls come out to play when it ain't raining?

My point is: Scoping the horizon, nothing seems scary to many people.
