The deal is done. If we were to eliminate the cost of the high salaries in place at FRSH - FRSH would be a very profitable company. The acquisition by TOGA allows the reduction of overheads - G & A - and with some competent management in place FRSH is a winner. TOGA knows that the price is right. Do you have relationship with either of these companies? Like I said before - it does seem that you would like lower prices.
