Bob: Several points. Yes, I believe it is time for an independent stockholder to try to sit on the Board. Many of us run small businesses. Many of us could add something to our company. Having said that, the types of questions just posed are precisely those that we should be able to have easily answered. I suspect that current management will have more to say shortly about the sale, and at that time I hope we will be better informed about Metaphase vis-a-vis EB. I do think that those who follow our company have at least a glimmer of hope that our fortunes are making a turn for the better. Elliot
