What is vulgarity?
Where does one draw the line?
What turns a persons stomach?
What is considered nasty?

Is testicles vulgarity?
Is balls ,
Is scrotum,
Is equipment,
Is violation,
Is bend over,
What is a slang term?
Where do we draw the line.
If someone has a medical background ,
what is considered inappropriate.
If someone hears `vulgar' words 10 to 20 times a day in normal
speech in the workplace, is it considered inappropriate?

If these words are used to deal with
incredible horrific, unimaginable
trauma in every day life then are they considered inappropriate words?
Who should be the benchmark to measure inappropriateness?
Should the most pristine, fertile, unadulterated, glass house soul
Be used as a measure of inappropriateness?
Should the virginal mind of a suit be used as a measure of inappropriateness?
Should forest gump be allowed to call the shots on what is out of line or steps over the line?
Where does it all end?
How many times can this issue be discussed?
Who gets to decide?
Does Ken Starr get to decide?
Does the most gentle unadulterated american get to decide?
Does a homeless child in Los angeles get to decide?
Does an illegal alien at the age of 1 get to decide?
Does a person denied medical coverage by a
Health Maintenance Organization<HMO>
who lays in bed with ooozing bed sores get to decide?
Does a bedbound person in a nursing home with foot drop
and multiple contractures who is denied any form of rehabilitation,
does he or she get to decide?
Do the politicians who have an agenda in their pants get to decide?
Does a health maintenance organization
who has an incentive to deny medical care,
do they get to decide?
Who gets to decide?
I really need answers to these questions.
I need to know who is the conscience for me.
I need for someone to tell me.
I am unable to figure this out on my own and I need someone to tell me.
