First, don't feel sorry for anyone here. If you have such a sudden urge for being compassionate, I'd suggest you look in the mirror.

Second, you've gone about 2 millimeters into The Card concept and I for one won't be baited into helping you along the in the thought process.

Thirdly, I won't go helping you with the details because I've been asked by management to stay away from the specifics until we're firmly launched.

Fourth and lastly, the competition CANNOT easily, in fact may not be able at all to migrate in this direction to The Card. If they did it might very well be their marketing Waterloo.

Think about it a while, if you go step by step by step, I'm confident that even you will be able to figure it out. But you will have to go a little deeper into the concept.
