Tell me about it. I got in on the private placement a year and a half ago. Have been working for 4+ months and > .50 on the stock price trying to be able to sell. After several exchanges with the transfer agent, my broker, and the company, I was able to finally sell today. This experience has taught me never to do restricted shares. Too much hassel and I still can't use the money until the transfer agent gives the final OK. That might be another 2 to 6 weeks. Sorry to vent, but hope everyone does well eventually on this stock. Eric
