Where have the QUALITY morons gone?
Well, I don't know what you mean by QUALITY morons, but there is at least one inveterate, compulsive moron left. He was one of the first to be inducted into your Hall of Fame, or Shame, or whatever you call it, and I think he is overdue for a renomination.
I will not mention him by name, but I think you will know him by the insults he characteristically uses to characterize others, e.g.: idiot, cretin, witless boob, tedious bore, person "incapable of crafting a logically coherent argument," too dumb even to be allowed to vote, etc. And surely you know only one person capable of "crafting" a sentence such as this (from post to one SI member, speaking of another): "To think that such cretins breath oxygen and reproduce on this earth!"
He is becoming even more intolerable than he used to be, because he posts on a right-wingish anti-Clinton thread, where most posters agree with his political views and hence are reluctant to call him on his excesses. A few recent examples (aimed at three different targets):

Do something, please! Invade the thread! Whatever! Please! I must confess haven't tangled with him myself yet, but if he stomps any more people, I will no doubt start hollerin', and make myself a moron as well!
