Geoff, You can Wait for a Settlement. I took my Profits over the last 2 days: 25% worth. ( Not including my Leaps. ). Technically speaking, I see a possible tripple top here. I'm still very supportive of MO, but things don't look very good here. A Settlement looks real iffy: BAT says they will not settle, the AG's want severe marketing restrictions, and I even heard McCain say that he may propose another tobacco bill next year in the Senate. The Whole World is suing the Tobacco Industry. MO is a great company, with great fundamentals, but it is a constant heartache, which to be honest, is not worth the aggravation and tension when Your up the kind of Money I was. I hope there is a settlement and MO goes to $100. In short: MO is not worth enduring the suffering and pain anymore. I am not a Long Term Investor. I am a Short term trader and Intermediate Term Position Player. Eight Months was enough. I made a fortune here and will never look back. I'm going Short the Market on Tuesday. Good Luck. I hope you all make Billions on MO! This is a good thread.
