The E-Data mailing list sent out e-mails reproducing their press release
saying that the case was progressing, another landmark had come and gone and
that we were that much closer to the gunfight at the OK Corral.

If this is a widely read press release, perhaps we'll see some short term
increase in interest in GIFT, before it's back to snooze time prior to
next year's Markman Hearing.
