Do you even know what witness tampering is? When you take an oath you are supposed to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. If you don't you are a perjurer. If someone encourages you as a witness to tell something that is false whether you think it relates to a crime or not -- that is witness tampering. As a witness you don't get to decide if a matter is relevant or not. That is up to the court. You apparently do not beleive in the rule of law, sir. That is OK, but I continue to support it and so so does Kenneth Starr. Absent the president's actions -- there would be no investigation, no grad jury testimony, etc.
