Look again, Howard, This sentence is at the bottom of that news release: "Each shareholder will also receive one warrant to purchase an additional share of Restaurant Teams for a period of 24 months following the record date with a strike price of $5.00 per share for each ten shares of Fresh'n Lite." ______________________________________ Marc Stager
