I don't see any announcement yet so IMO, the 16 9/16 is MM's bait. They will sell short into the open as any one who has open market order, like short cover. I will give it 15 seconds into the open to see if it is still in the 16s range, if it does then I will sell my shares at the market. MMs will have to take my shares at pretty close to 16.25. I bet you it will drop like a rock to 15 within 5 minutes, I then will buy back about 2 hours before closing. This is one of the stock you want to hold overnight.
