Comment-little change from last week, it is clear that last week's 43.38 or more clearly 56.62% bearish sentiment will mark the bottom of the great intermediate correction of 1998 and the start of a big up leg in the great bull market of the 1990's. Also as I predicted and hoped at the time we never reached that magic 20% bear market, Bob's predictive ability remains intact if not quite perfect and we are on our way to riches beyond our wildest dreams. One caveat, If the market unexpectedly crashes I may assert a revised opinion with the same certainty as I have here
