Alpha NOT? distributing Legacy ER2, DA DVD per Legacy, ROI... again, unfortunately and regretably Alpha never responded to our repeated requests for information and we were forced to contact both Legacy and ROI, Legacy's sales organization... source: ROI, Bob Kline (sp?) Legacy legacysoft.com Alpha, again, apparently felt this information was/is not material to disclose to their shareholders pursuant to TSE/SEC timely disclosure statutes nor pursuant to specific and repeated [shareholder] requests. We simply do not understand this type of [corporate governance] behavior.
