If you are talking about here in the US...you are quite wrong. Japan HAS been fully accounted for here in the US. That's part of the problem. The US has adjusted to the issues that developed over there, and they haven't - and it's their problem!!!! A rate cut isn't coming for at least a month, possibly 2, based on the Fed's current meeting schedule.
