Phil, On your point of competition. Racing Champions could be considered one such company. But unknown to many folks is that Action manufactures the die cast portion of those cars and RC assembles and paints them, how much that is worth to Action I don't know. It can't bear very high margins but RC is sold at Walmart stores so I think it's a question of volume. To be sure there are competitors out there. But Action has a strnghold on the top talent, Dale Earnhardt and now DE Jr. Jeff Gordon, Dale Jarrett, Mark Martin, Rusty Wallace and the list goes on. Scott
