Richaard-Finally some good news. GEGP(W) getting acquired by u.s. freightways for $4.45 per share. Trying to figure fair value-I believe the exercise price was 3.25 on the warrants-so figuring a 10%-15% discount on stock price until deal goes thru. Has anyone had experience related to a takeover with a company with warrants? What would be a fair value now and when the deal would actually close? Thank You All John
