Please excuse my ignorance, I'm new at this. Doesn't every transaction consist of a buy and a sell? How do you define which it is, whether it goes at the ask or bid price? Or, does the transactions occur between us peons and brokers/MM's, instead of between two peons? As you can see - I'm clueless in Seattle :-) If you got a couple minutes, please educate me. Dave D
