I don't know why the outstanding and authorized appear to be out of sync. Check another source to verify that the info is not a mistake. I understand that the float is about 1 million shares. They way this stock moves, I believe it. I heard that the CEO is in NYC trying to close the deal. There could be an announcement any day now.
