What better source than their Edgar SEC filing...I checked their last few 10Q filings and they all say the same thing...however, their last 10K has the Authorized at 10M. I guess their 10Qs skipped a 0 missing the the Authorized by a factor of 10.
I'm satisfied, although this needs to be corrected...another nice point here is that their O/S shares has been the same for about a year.
