As for Unilab (Amex: ULB ) previous excess debt, IMHO...that one time Extraordinary situation due to a suit gov't for over-billing certain procedures is hopefully paid-off; and the debt situation was not due to daily operations, poor regular billing or normal business practices. So, guess ULB has some extra financial strength to afford bailing San Jose based Company out through a Buy'out. Let's hope more than one Officer at Unilab has a good handle on the short & long potential from this Buy-out; which means more Sales $'s, more Depreciation, more Market Share...overnight, different Tax paying structure for this Fiscal Year (?), and Better Economies of Scale. We'll see (?) !
