Rishi, good post.

Basically you pointed out the problem of the management. Only two thing I don't agree with you.

1) I think Pixel Magic is a good acquisition. The management has the vision of the market demand. It just didn't know how to actually "sell" its products.

2) There "were" lots of danger signs and thus OAKT dropped from $12 to $2 in a year. It is a steal at $2.25/shr. CD-ROM controller is "already" a commodity product, it can't get much worst. Now we have to wait to see if OAKT can secure the DVD deal with its big customers. If no, it will stay low. If yes, it will rebound nicely to bookvalue at least. Again, for a stock with no debt, low liability and trading below "cash" value, there is no much to worry about.
