''As a complete and faithful reconstruction, every erotic part of independent prosecutor Kenneth Starr's report, from the cigar to the crutches to the skirt, is comically captured and will be shown in graphic detail using dangerously close look-alikes who will bare all,'' it said. ''The Clinton Files'' will be shown in two months' time and will be released on video in Europe and the United States in time for Christmas, the channel said.
