BB Okay, that explanation sounds reasonable as to the first part of the quote. (although I wonder where the raw materials will come from without tailings from the Great White North: but, I don't expect anyone to explain everything that is in the reorganization plan to me and I can imagine that there are lots of sources for them). But, what was that stuff about perfecting the technologies, i.e. the plural of technology. It seems to me that he said, and perhaps unintentionally, that they needed to perfect some kind of technology before heading north again. Given the choices of minerals and bitumen extraction, I wonder which he was referring to that needed perfecting before they head north again? The again, maybe I am over analyzing his statement. Troy
