Summary of PRWT shareholders meeting today,
MEETING INFORMATION SHEET 1:
Mr. Charles Vaccaro From Insider Trading (Level II Trading site) was very interested in the investors. He was very open and willing to answer the questions that were asked of him. He did not skirt any of my questions. He spun off answers quicker than I could write them down.
He told us that there will be many more offices opening up. So far all of the offices listed are in very heavy business areas within NYC. Living in NYC I am very well versed with these locations The sights are:
Mott St NYC.; This area is located in a very heavy business district. Just a few blocks from Wall St. and is nested near the Oriental Community.
Coney Island Ave NYC; This area also is a heavy business district. Allowing traders who can not make it in to the city to have an active trading area to go and place trades in the pit.
Garden City L.I.NY Another area that is located at the edge of the city limits. The same heavy type of business area, that will allow the investors to do the same.
There were more I could not get them all down.
PRWT has as stated, Obtained The Gold County Investors Co., and are in the process of converting these office's for Insider Trading.
These offices will be designed for the Day Traders executing their trades in the pit and also for home PC's using their software.
Insider Trader originally had 20,000 hits of advertisement per. They are now moving to 200,000 hits. They will soon start to advertise on PC Quote.
Commercials for CNBC are being worked on as we speak and should start to air in a few weeks. They will be targeted for key area's. Where the Insider Trading offices are located.

Solicit Doctors and Nurses in the medical field to join the peoples health network for the following; .
Processing and submitting the never ending task of medical insurance forms for Doctors so they will receive the proper payment from Insurance companies without untimely delays due to improper form submittal's.
Lobby for patience provide advice to those people who are having problems collecting from all of the different insurance companies.
A service fee would be charged to all for these service's.
Belize homes; Mr. John Schmitz Informed the share holders that,
This housing project has been two years in the planning.
There are currently about 80,000 Belize/US citizens who are the prime targets, But the
Belize government wants the nationals included.
As shown on the video, The area of the lagoon estates is cleared out of trees and
shrub's ready for the placement of the first 300 US Built homes.
The homes will be placed on concrete slabs. evenly spaced apart.
There will be a controlled key access to the estate.
The area of the Lagoon estates can accommodate up to 2000 homes. As shown by the
builders layout plans.
The price range would be some where between 50,000 to 90,000 depending on the
options.

In the video of the Lagoon estates ALL OF THE HEADS OF STATE INVOLVED
including MR. John Schmitz, Mr Norman Niell and the Contractor Mr Giovanni Smith
were clearly visible and identified. Including The Attorney General and the Minister of
Housing Mr. Dickie Bradlie. There were many many more. I just could not absorb all of
the information on the pad!
Channel 5 news, Which is the countries news channel were present in the video.
Large building area prints showing the planned homes which will be 1200 sq. ft and
1500 sq. ft homes. The 1500 sq. ft. homes will have a wing attached for home owners
of the USA. So they have a place to stay during the time they rent their home. Like a
Mother & Daughter setup.
The new administration of the Belize government wants to have built 10,000 homes over
the next 5 years. It appears that Affordable Housing will be spear heading this project.
From the looks of things they all were having some party while we were here sweating it
out. But all of my sweat paid off!
