>>>The deal between Yahoo and AT&T probably helps CKFR too.
Not as much as the DELL deal...as CKFR is not on YHOO!
SEE, Quicekn.Com is on the Excite Network for 7 years under finance/money.....less then 6 years left. Wherever Excite goes generally Quicken.Com goes with XCIT the portal PORTAL, exclusions to this are AOL, & NSCP NetCenter, Citi has NetCenter, AOL is brokering their own deals aka CyberCash....Nations via BofA has @Home which is also Intuit technology which is CKFR....
It's a mixed bag, sometime Intuit is in control of content & services, and sometimes the Portal service is.....you just have to follow the deals, but everytime Intuit is in control CKFR e-bill will be offered like todays' DELL deal. Being in control, means convience...right there where the consumer/browser web user calls home, home page.....an in your face offering. PUSH HERE for your services. Like an e-Mail account at a Portal. Banks are GOING to be secondary to this access method over time...unless they do a CITI or BofA Deal directly with a Portal to CONTROL...ACCESS within the Portal.
And as my proof to this thesis...the #1 & #2 Banks have already grabbed prime turf....the other 11,998 banks are screwed...IMO. |
