I suppose we're the guni pigs of this revoution. Damn frustrating to be part of a misfire in the experimentation, but we are the explorers of this one. Like Lewis & Clark! Any with the glory will always come some pain. My thesis... The Horse is out, because it requires feed, water, & time. The Tractor on the other hand just needs open ground and someone to drive it The horse is land, building, employees rent, heat & light, and hope the customer will come....with a couple million investment in a regional geographically small region for a "physical distribution center...aka a store'....or a nifty $150,000 e-comm product whcih can reach the world...remember ROI will be most, most important in making these moves especially in declining sales and burdened with fixed overhead.....witness egghead.
