In SWEBFs own words. Company update 09/23/98.

SoftQuad Inc. sq.com [including HoTMetaL 5.0/HMAPPS/CD WEB/Power Partner/...] to be divested...all of it(.)...Company's [sole] focus is NewKidCo newkidco.com (.)...Company was supposed to hear from NASD within ten days of August 20th via fax if they were to be delisted or listing stayed...said fax never transpired...NASD [still] has not made a decision as of tonight...do not know what that means...1st NewKidCo title ships in approximately three weeks...[All [five]] NewKidCo titles are on schedule for Q4...again, Company's sole focus is NewKidCo(.)...Q4 begins in 8 days...64 days [at the latest] until NewKidCo [retail] sell-through is verified/validated in re: $US 9 million Q4 revenues...Alpha pruning Alpha Software alphasoftware.com line down to only major sellers...shipment of 1st NewKidCo title will be key [to the street]...again, in appx. three weeks...ONLINE merchant onlinemerchant.com ?...if it is a huge success Company will back it...does not appear they are as optimistic as either esecurities nor StumpWorld nor Colleen Terry...however, again, Company's top/sole? priority is newkidco.com (.)...this is important for shareholders and prospective investors to know [that they will be investing in a children's video game console edutainment software company] consistent with Company's formally disclosed press release dated 10 June 1998 newkidco.com
