Hello Ray and Grant,
I agree that the miq maps may lead to confusion (understatement?) in regards to the location of Dark Star.
However, if I am not mistaken miq owns part of Dark Star.On page 2 of miq's 1996 report, Speros states: "At the same time, we were able to joint venture a small portion of the project including 50% of the POD deposit and 20% of the Dark Star deposit..." Maybe miq was more interested in depicting their holdings than faithfully representing the geography. I do believe that they should clear this up.
As for regulatory body intervention, the test remains if an investor's decision to own miq stock would have changed had he known that Dark Star was one or ten miles distance from Railroad. Speaking only for myself, this information would not have changed my decision.
Norm
ps good catch Grant
