Hi Don, I imagine Mpact will remain a separate company simply to maintain the distinct international branding and goodwill it has managed to build. The way I see the connection, the ecommerce relationship will be symbiotic with "Natco" building the tracks for the Mpact locomotive - at least in Canada.
