Dear Diary: Quarterlies were a little more tricky then anticipated but will be filed tomorrow (as far as I have been told) AGM will be postponed by about a week due to late filing of annuals; anyone wanting to go should contact the company for exact date. Some funny stuff going on with past filter income which should have gone to the company but didn't. Gosh, wouldn't that be a feast!!! I'll be happy to chip in to get a certain S.O.B; any takers?
