I attended the meeting too. In addition to what Don said, here are some other highlights: 1-Impact of Asia crisis is minimal due to high priority in the telecom infrastructures and expenditures were budged sometime ago. 2-there will be an announcement of another LMDS deal in the 3Q. 3-at the wine and cheese party I asked Terry their projected growth rate in the next few years, he wouldn't give a number. But when I asked the same question to Alan, he said about 25%. 4-Alan mentioned double digit growth next year (in sales, I believe). 5-Gross margin 61%, in line with the tops (CSCO, ASND and TLAB. 6- The cash balance I saw is CAD $499 millions. 7-Fiscal 98 ATM revenue is more than 3 times of 97. 8-ATM installed base increased by 80% in fiscal 98. 9-Affiliates Companies are valued at $1.5 Billions by analysts. 10-Acknowledged mistake was made in UB, but does not rule out future acquisitions.
