India is also ready to sign. I am sure that the president is going to bring up the subject of importing the North Korean NO DONG missile - DING DONG - and assembling the parts in to GHAURI - GORY - missile. Narayanan on a world tour Narayanan with Burma-born wife went to Turkey, Luxembourg etc. Turkey more supportive of brother nation Pakistan, accorded welcome fit for a president. It is just a show of good will. India wants Turkey's support for UN permanent seat. The Turks want cooperation in conventional nuclear energy and defence production. Luxumbourg supports India for a permanent seat in UNSC. India proposed that Luxembourg becomes the gateway for Indian software bound to European countries. JPR
