LAS VEGAS, Nev., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Amazon Natural Treasures (OTC-Bulletin Board: AZNT) today announced they have obtained the appropriate licenses from Brazil to import its product into the U.S. These products include Natural nutritional supplements that work for people suffering from high cholesterol, hypertension, obesity, cellulite, diabetes, migraines, insomnia, ingestion, anxiety, and toxicity. This Phytogenics product line also contains items that are antioxidants, nail hardeners, diuretics, energizers, antacids, wrinkle removers and hair and skin products. Amazon also wishes to announce that they have developed a natural sweetener to compete against Equal, and Sweet and Low. AZNT's natural sweetener is non-chemical and has no side effects, with a taste similar to that of cane sugar. AZNT's sweetener division will be fully operational in the first quarter 1998. Estimated sales for the first year alone will be over $50 million. In the 2nd quarter of 1998, AZNT will begin its natural chewing gum division with a chewing gum that is not only 100% pure and natural, but also whitens your teeth, is safe for diabetics and along with regular flossing, will eliminate the need for regular brushing. Market studies are currently on the way to determine the market share that AZNT will capture. The nutritional supplement division is scheduled to be fully operational in the fourth quarter of 1997. Currently, 125 products have been selected for introduction to specifically target health conscious consumers who have shown repeated purchase and usage of these type of supplements, with projected first quarter (1998) sales of $2.7 million from a direct mail campaign. AZNT also wishes to announce it is making application for a listing on the NASDAQ small cap market and should be a non-designated stock before the month's end.
