David, I'm afraid that Ken Starr, who in his quest to lynch Clinton has wrapped enough ethical conflicts of interest and potential legal violations around his throat to strangle himself as well as the president, has not yet extricated and will likely not be able to remove himself and his agenda from this tale. Ken Starr is part of this story, and in fact is being investigated by several bodies, including the Justice Department and an Arkansas Grand Jury. If Bill Clinton is impeached, it shouldn't be for lying about sex. It should be for dragging fundamentally ugly people such as Starr, Lewinsky and Tripp into the public limelight. For that he should not only be impeached but imprisoned. Maybe the whole lot of them will wind up serving time together at some Club Fed. And we can turn our attention to things that really matter, like the home run race. (Go Sammy!)
