Hello, Look at my post #54. I feel this is not worth investing in because this is not anything unique. The restaurant industry is extremely competitive and I don't see anything special at all here to justify a market cap of 12 million. If you like restaurant stocks then take a look at MAXE(Max & Erma's). I do not own a single share but used to. The restaurant area is lousy for investing generally. Too many period. Of course there are winners in any industry but I don't think JOES is a winner. JMO but beware. Gary
