Projected revenue is only known for FAMC 750K$, taking that to the structure of FAMC book as seen in the 8-K projects 200K$+ in earnings for the first year of FAMC alone. The impact on housebuilding is not easy to assess. But lets say that 1/3 of the mortgages goes to housebuilding that will be 10MM revenue in ARET & Tomahawk allow 5% net earning thats another 500K$ earnings - Add the things we have not seen yet. 20 PE is too high 5-10 is more right.
