Checked out the message board on ULB here. Seems that ULB had an excessive debt because of a government Law suit?Stock has 40.7 million shares outstanding and a negative book value.This is your idea of a Stock that lets you sleep well at night? Also some are of the opinion that ULB is trying to expand too fast. Charles
