Laz, you are one of the people I respect most on this thread, and I am looking forward to what you have to say from Cherryl Mitchell. At this point, I am very concerned about the many conflicting information sources, which is just a terrible comment on the company's PR, IR, and management.
This is why I was counting on an SB10 that we could look at and get the official story. If they have a contract, or no longer have a contract, and what each contract might be worth, would be reflected in that filing. But now what we have is not only lack of a filing, but also the following sources telling us what is going on: Roger Templeton, Bob Dunnagan, Cherryl Mitchell, World Vision and maybe others for all I know.
I have called Roger and World Vision in the past, and have posted what they have said, and at no time did either of them talk about contracts won or lost, nor should they have. This is the kind of stuff for official announcements, and filings, not things to be tossed out casually by a PR person or in a trade booth. In fact, my impression had been that both Roger and WV acted very professionally in that way when they talked to me. The problem I have is not that they were doing anything wrong but that they were both saying that the 10SB was on track as announced, and then we had the rug pulled out from under us at the last minute. That is why I have been angry at the lawyers who allegedly did not release the 10, although I wonder if there is a broader reason, and I have a lot of questions and no answers.
Now I hear that Dunnagan and Cherryl are talking about some contracts not being there. Dunagan is new, and is at a booth, so either he is saying things that he has no knowledge about, or he is saying things that are true and he is too new to know whatever the corporate line is. In either case this is a problem, but I am willing to live with this being something from a new employee who may not know what is going on. But Cherryl has been doing PR for a long time, and when she says something about contracts that differ from PR releases or what we have been hearing, it bothers the hell out of me. If the contract situation has changed, if some are not there, if others are, if they are changing their course of business, whatever, FINE, but please Digitcom give us the STRAIGHT SCOOP once and for all, and from the official source, whoever that is.
Again, looking forward to what you have to say, Laz. |
