Both PRIA and ASYT will benefit from increased automation in 300 mm fabs. While 300 mm itself has been pushed out, many fabs are retrofitting some of the same ideas into 200 mm fabs. So their prospects look pretty good from a technology perspective. I don't follow either company closely enough to comment on specific valuations. Katherine
