DIDAX Inc. Releases Beta Version of Careers Channel
Within Newly Rebranded 'crosswalk.com' Christian Web Community

CareerMosaic Partnership Provides Internet-Leading Resources To crosswalk.com Membership

CHANTILLY, Va., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- DIDAX INC. (Nasdaq: AMEN - news) today announced the beta release of
The Careers Channel at crosswalk.com (http://www.crosswalk.com). The new channel leverages a relationship with
CareerMosaic that provides direct access to the Web's largest resource for job and resume postings plus an additional
co-branded career management site. Additional on and off-line relationships will offer career development advice and planning
tools and a range of products and services that focus on balancing career and personal responsibilities.

Career management is the third most prominent Web usage activity following e-mail and news gathering according to industry
analysts. The Careers Channel at crosswalk.com will offer free information and services to individual users and will be
supported by sponsorship sales, corporate job posting referral fees, and a range of e-commerce opportunities targeting career
and life management products and services.

''Let's face it -- Christians live in the same world as everyone else. Career management is no longer confined to choosing a
college major or finding the right entry-level position, and this channel brings unique value to Christians who look to the Web
for career management resources,'' William Parker, president and CEO of DIDAX, said.

''There are lots of 'how to get a job' sites out there already, but very little if anything, is being said online about how to balance
one's values of hard work and devotion to both career and family. We believe our partnerships and the resources they bring
are superb, and the topspin we add -- as the leading advocate for Christians using the Web to help manage the breadth of their
lives -- will make this channel valuable and successful.''

The Careers Channel will be prominently featured within the rapidly growing crosswalk.com online community. The
crosswalk.com site, under its former name, was presented the ''1997 Christian Web Site of the Year'' award and has
continued to expand content, services, membership, traffic and revenues throughout 1998. The channel will also be featured on
and directly accessed via CareerWalk.com, a co-branded careers site developed with CareerMosaic to specifically target the
online Christian community.

The online Christian community has been conservatively estimated at more than 10 million households and 30 million adults,
based upon 1998 USA Today/Barna Research estimates of total adult Christians in the U.S. population and 1996 Simmons
data showing the relative incidence of modems and online access in Christian households.

DIDAX has been primarily known as the creator of CCN: The Christian Community Network(TM), now known as
crosswalk.com, an interactive Web site that provides information, interaction, and opportunities for involvement to the Christian
and family-friendly community. Content and site resources are developed and offered both by DIDAX and by religious and
secular publishers, retailers, non-profits and ministries. The Company generates revenues through the sale of: site sponsorships
and advertising; Christian and family-friendly products/services manufactured or developed by others (music, books, etc.);
memberships in affinity marketing programs (affording participants price discounts and other benefits of group purchasing
power); and to a lesser extent, the continuing provision of technology services to Christian organizations (including Promise
Keepers, Christianity Today, World Vision, Young Life and the Presbyterian Church in America).
