It's ironic that Mike Cooper is the only one who could possibly know the true value of the company and he was discarded from the special committee.

Furthermore, we assumed Mike Cooper was still on the 'special' committee representing the minority shareholders. And if it wasn't for this site the shareholders who tendered due to threats of imminent bankruptcy would never have known what further deception was being wielded by the Amercan Brands controlled Board and perpetrated against the minority shareholders.
