I've never had any problems with execution as far as I know. Confirmation of a trade can take forever... Of course, I'm not really in a position to know since I can't watch trades as they occur. But on those occasions when I've gotten sufficiently worried about lack of confirmation to call and check, the trade has always gone through very soon after I placed it...
