Bourzou - it is unfortunate that the legal profession has to delve into these kinds of things all the time - the prosecution of sex crimes, civil proceedings in divorces and custody cases, etc., often get graphic when attorneys see a chink in the armour of the opponent.

When the other side starts splitting hairs, it leads only to excruciatingly close parsing of sentences and even debate over the meaning of words. I've seen depositions which would curl your hair, let alone offend your sensibilities. It ranges from the sick to the just-plain weird, and I've wondered how many times an attorney would just like to run, fully clothed into a hot shower after some of this stuff comes up in a case.

This is not a unique situation at all. It just happens to be a rather public one.

Mr. K.
