Major Legal Action Looms. Sometime today either the SEC will announce something big on IBUY. Possibilities include:

1) Consent decree between IBUY/WALD/W(ED)B and the SEC.

2) Criminal investigation by the US Attorney's Office (LA branch)

3) SEC enforcement action & referral to the Judicial Branch by the SEC.
