i don't have to. they are all documented here, on different threads. i don't frequent these penny boards as i find their inhabitants utterly reprehensible.
present company is included.
you did not prove anything. you were to cut relevant material and paste, you did not.
the t-reg was a question that was posed by you. No you are not allowed to short naked stocks that are unmarginable. i don't care how much m,oney you have, you put your trading ability and your broker and or brokerage house at risk if such an errant trade was to go thru.
compliance depts are there for a reason.
so in essence your argument that there is great value in buying (going long) penny stocks because the large short interest that supposedly exists-- and this short interest is , according to your arguments, done by the following person(s)
A) foreign short sellers...(i never said foreigners cannot short)
B) those people that "short naked"
(ill-defined by you..only vaguely referenced as selling a cash-position-then covering in the three day window. Impossible thru online brokers, use datek as a ref point....illegal... and would put the investor at peril, as well as anyone licensed to trade equities....
C)deep pockets can persuade brokers and compliance agents to allow people like yourself to make illegal trades... were you inferring that you short sell the very securities that you suggest people go long to squeeze shorts?
you are not going anywhere.
your argument to take one's shares out of the market only leaves one with an even less liquid, higher risk position.
you have no knowledge of any other types of marginable and legal short selling techniques, or the benefits of protecting or insuring ones position thru the use of derivatives.
you are not a skilled investor, nor a savvy trader.
you were in junk bonds in the 80's-- gold at another point.
seems to me you are either hallucinating or suffering from reagan's mental condition...
or maybe you do follow trends, i doubt you have had any sizable gain from them, as you don't have the foggiest idea of preserving capital.
you just stroke the keyboard real hard and wish you could bully me away.
do us both a favor and stop posting to me.
i am bored with your drivel and wish to cease replying to your annoying, name calling sophomoric posts.
