Perky, source for the Buy is Active-Investor. However! Dorsey Wright P&F chart DOES NOT confirm that trend yet, although the chart shows that the index is slightly oversold. FWIW, the URL's: Dorsey Wright: dorseywright.com Active-Investor: active-investor.com Both are purely technical in nature. As you can see from this thread, there is a great deal of negativity regarding the fundamentals of these markets. Is it a head fake?
