The problem with issues raised like yesterday, is unless you are an accountant you can't prove what is right or wrong. I had a stock a while back, PEGA, that had some revenue recognition issues and the stock got killed and hasn't bounced back to the highs since. I'm not saying this is the case for BVSN, but it sure would be nice if they did something different than any other public company and explained is laymens terms what the hell they have been accused of and explain how the accusation is incorrect. I have been burned in the past by companies saying one thing and finding out after the fact they knew something was wrong all along, usually after they have sold some stock. Why am I rambling like this? Because, I'm not long or short this stock and I really like the story.
