Dear Ira: I am a shareholder. And I don't mean to be attacking you. But I resent you saying that no intelligent questions are posted on this site. I would respond by say that no answers of substance are forthcoming from management, and yourself. Where are the financials of this "FULLY REPORTING COMPANY?" I think most of the posters on this thread would call that a highly relevant, and intelligent question!!! I would like a CPA, in writing to tell us, how many shares are out? What is our loan debt? What is our earnings? What exactly are the profits or losses? Now Ira, my friend, if you find those to be stupid questions I think most of us will wonder just what kind of seed HVAR is really using in our cigars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
