At the time that the patent was assigned there was no EVDS Shane. The company has been around since 1987. The CAPSCAN in a hand made form has been tested for 3 1/2 years by Environmental Digital Services Incorporated. However it has only been since July that EVDS as a publicly traded company has been in existence.

Capscan sales is EVDS or essentially was a precursor to the newly formed company. Here is what I would do if I was you. Take a few minutes and call the company. I think you will find them very investor friendly and highly informative.

All investments have inherent risks. EVDS is a heck of a good looking investment to me because it appears they have excellent patent protection on a very necessary product which will give service station owners an inexpensive method of keeping inventory records, while monitoring their tanks for possible leaks, with a product that exceeds EPA requirements for accuracy.

Try this simple test for me. The next time you fill up your tank at your local service station ask the owner if he would be interested in owning a device that could be screwed onto the fill pipe of his 4(?) underground storage tanks that would electronically monitor his tanks for leaks, keep inventory records and give him a 15% discount on his mandatory environmental impairment liability insurance policy? Tell him the whole system would cost around $2150 for the four tanks and all the associated daily record keeping. See what he has to say. Then call EVDS or better yet call EVDS now because I believe the CAPSCAN will sell even better than the company projections which have so far been released. Here is the address and phone number for EVDS:
